Returns/Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our Wall Artworks for a “change of mind”.
To be eligible for a refund, the product you are returning must:
Have been purchased from us within the last 30 days and have a clear fault.
Photographic proof of the fault must be emailed to metalwallart.wa@gmail.com prior to any refund being considered.
Please keep in mind we offer 30 day refund policy only. Metal Wall Art does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Once approved, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
We will email you to let you know that the refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
The refund will be credited into your bank account, so your banking details will be required.
We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:
-The return was made after the 30 day period
-The products are returned poorly packaged. Please use the original packaging where possible.
We will contact you if are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges:
Please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges unless the item is brought into our physical store, where we will be happy to exchange for equal or greater value.
